My experience was great. Their customer service was very responsive, they were easy to schedule with, they were always prompt, or even early. The plumber who visited my home was thorough, was clear in his explanations of everything to me, and yet was not at all pushy. I called him back later with more questions about the project before I made a decision, and he answered those questions as well. I'm very pleased with the work I had done and would use them again.

Not happy with the service. Did not diagnose leak source for under sink properly and charged money. Had to call again, and the same technician provided different solution and source for the leak that would cost more. Do not use them.

Very professional, quick, and friendly. With a membership there is a lifetime guarantee on all work and they walk you through your repair options. You can almost definitely get cheaper plumbing services elsewhere, but you get what you pay for. Peace of mind is hard to put a price on.

Home Service Doctors provided great customer service. The technician, Mike, listened carefully to the issues I was having with my AC (compressor not working due a bad capacitor) and at my request evaluated the rest of the system since it was 13 years old without regular service calls. I felt that Mike did a very thorough job and was very honest about the condition of the system so I signed up for their annual service plan.
