The Tech Jay Choi was knowledgeable and efficient and had my new HVAC system installed in short order. He gave me a running tutorial during the installation of the systems capability and best practices for maintaining it. I was very pleased with his professionalism and would recommend him and Home Service Doctors to my friends.

Bert R. arrived to work on a leak in my bathroom. He asked me what I thought the problem was first which was comforting that he took my opinion into account. He resealed the entire shower, replaced my toilet, and looked over every fixture in the house to ensure it was working properly. With the recommendations he made and the work that was done I feel incredibly confident in the work he did. He educated me on things to look for when dealing with my plumbing and he seemed to genuinely care about my satisfaction. He also liked my dogs and didn't mind them running around bothering him. I would hire Bert & Home Service Doctors again.

Disclaimer, all the work I needed was expensive. New furnace, tankless water heater and AC. But it was well worth it. My unit was ridiculously under sized and I was paying a small fortune heating and cooling the place. Not to mention my basement was uninhabitable during the winter. The install of the heating system looked crazy at first and took until the wee hours of the night to finish, but I can’t complain because they cleaned up everything like they were never there. The service was excellent from the consult to the finished product. For the first time I’m comfortable on every level of my place and my utility bill is way down.
