The technician came to my home on August 26th for a free estimate on my a/c repair. At first he said that I needed a new motor. Then he said that he read his meter wrong and that I need Freon, but since he read his meter wrong he would not charge me for the Freon if I replaced the motor. He collected $952 for the total cost of the motor, labor and annual service, however to date (September 28th) I have not received the motor or service, and 3 weeks after his visit I received a brochure on their maintenance plans. I have called repeatedly, and emailed, with no response. Now 5 weeks later Home Service Doctors have $952 of my money and I have received nothing. I am not comfortable moving forward with Home Service Doctors in any way and just want my $952 refunded, By the way, I disputed the charge with my bank, and Home Service Doctors has not responded to them either!

Decided to use Home Service Doctors for all services they provide to include bi annual inspections. They have great customer service and so far have shown that their technicians are very knowledgeable. They provided multiple suggestions but were not pushy. I will continue to hire them for both large and small projects.

I had a great experience with this company. I am a newer homeowner and have never dealt with anything like this before. Michael Alvarez was excellent. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything and he was very patient with answering all my questions, even going into explanations a 2nd time for me. He explained exactly what he was going to do and even took the time to show me how to do some upkeep on my own on the unit. I highly recommend requesting Michael when you call the company! He was great! I now have working AC and it was fixed fairly quickly as well!
