Damien Marsillo did a very thorough inspection and walked us through any issues that needed attention. We proceeded with some of the recommended action. Our initial issue was resolved most satisfactorily. We will definitely be using this company again.

this crew was very conscientious but slipped up a bit in their guidance to me with regard to county requirements. they recovered nicely In the end by expeditiously finishing the job.

They reached out quickly, fit me in in hours, and gave honest advice on fixing my air conditioner. Would recommend!

Easy company to work with!

Where to begin; My air conditioning was not cooling as it had in the past. My home is about 15 years old. I had used Home Advisorâ s again as I have had good success using them four or five other times in different states. HOME SERVICE DOCTORS called me back as they were the first ones, I called of three company. I talked with Shannan (I believe) she was very professional and got me setup with an appointment soon. I thought I may need some minor repairs so I requested their repair service, then Brent (Initial service call) came out. He was what I had hope for in a technician. No nonsense and willing to explain anything he did. Very open during his inspections. (I would have been comfortable having him do any work for me.), then Christopher (I expected a letdown in service as now I had a salesman at my home. Call me impressed again. This guy knew his stuff. He was not pushy and not at all anxious to â sell me somethingâ . He wanted to resolve my issues. He did that. I was up front with him and he was up front with me (I cannot ask for more.) After I was fully convinced and got the cost (I needed a new system versus fixing my old system, I knew that too.) Then my wife came to see the result. After a few minutes we had made a deal. (This agreement was made like all agreements should be made.), then Shawn and Jay came out for the installation (We worked out a time and they were here when they stated they would be.) All the work they did was very professional. I had no doubt they cared about what they were doing. They even put up with me staying downstairs and working while they worked. (They both were very personable but they talked and worked too. They were diligent. There work looked good too.), Finally Andrew; Andrew came out after I complained about my unit not cooling properly. He checked everything but didnâ t have to do anything except talk to me. My home has been cool ever since. I have had no issues. I waited a couple weeks to be sure. The technicians that did the installation probably told me it would take about a day for my home to cool down but I was not paying attention. (I can say that was my fault as I trust their work that much. They knew their job.) I could state more as I was that happy to have these type high character people in my home. Let me start complaining now. I cannot. What I am is thankful that I know for sure there are good companyâ s out there doing important and very good work. THANK YOU!!! I wonâ t talk about prices but you will not be disappointed. They were fair. They did EVERYTHING they stated they would do and more as they did things I was not expecting. Thank you again and I will use you again definitely as you do have other services. David L.
