Had all the proposals reviewed by an independent roofer. This was not the cheapest, but it was the best. I'll let you know in 15 years how it turned out!

Kennedy came out to give us a quote as well as a few other companies. Their prices were along the same as the others.

Kennedy actually replaced our roof completely. They did a nice job, but were somewhat reluctant to clear up one small problem. Following a discussion with the company president, the problem was solved. Our roof looks great and has withstood this rainy summer of 2017.

They covered up a 5" x 15" hole they had broken through my roof which I just happened to notice because it was very close to my attic access. I found the wood pieces just laying up there below the hole that was covered by tar paper and shingles. The job lasted from Monday to Friday. (nobody even showed up on Wednesday) They piled materials up in front and to the side of our house. While trying to get our garbage can to the road for pickup, my wife got a nail through her shoe while stepping on their tarp that was covering up the materials. We also paid extra to have them fix some rotting facia and soffit boards. I could have done a better job and I'm an electrical guy. They had to redo it several times. They broke a glass table top that was on our front porch by dropping something on it. Today, while mowing the lawn, I had a rusty roofing nail go through the sole of my shoe and into my foot. On top of everything else, they were expensive! Absolutely disgusted! Thanks for recommending them!

While they didn't need to repair my roof, the company was extremely professional!! They helped me every step of the process of finding who pulled my permit to replace roof, sent someone out on my schedule as I work late everyday and reassured me that everything was fine. Very trustworthy and if they would've told me I needed a new roof I would've complied. He said I have a good 10 years and not to worry. When I need a new one, I will definitely call upon them.
