Actually went on the roof instead of just pulling up something online. Explained what materials would be used & the process. Part of the roof is flat & they will be using the best materials on that section which is a different application.

They were very timely and followed through on the whole reroofing as planned. The workers were very polite and efficient . . cleaned up our yard very well, protected our many plants with tarps. We really love the look of our new roof. Chose Owens Mills "AMBER" . .

Great company.

Easy process from start to finish. They made sure it was right. I had a problem on a Sunday morning a few days after the installation was finished. I called them and they had someone at my house before noontime fixing the issue. It has been almost 4 years now and no issues. Definitely recommend.

The contractor, Kennedy Construction, were beyond excellent. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Starting with the salesperson Chris, who explained all the financing and was thorough, to Christine, the person I dealt with at the office, to Robert, the lead on the job, everyone was professional and took the time to explain everything being done. I cannot recommend this company highly enough to anyone considering repair or replacement of their roof.

This company is not worth the money spent. From the salesman who came out to the house and would rather talk guns then the re-roof to the first crew who got fired by the foreman to the second crew who missed 50 percent of the trusses they were supposed to attach the plywood to to the ac line they put a nail threw and refused to pay for damages to the crew who thought it was okay to rummage through my wife art work and materials.on my patio. Lets not forget the goose neck turn-down that was present before they began but refused to replace when they finished. I would not recommend using this company. Once they have your money and they say the job is done they do not want to hear about anything you have to say and have excuses to pass off whatever you may think they should address to whom ever as long as it is not them. $13600.00 not worth the aggravation they put you through.

Crew very efficient. Project manager, Robert, kept me apprised of everything. The only negative, and it was not their fault or anything they could control, was when my choice of shingles would arrive. Took a little longer but they arrived. They did a fantastic job, and cleaned up my yard completely. No stray shingles or nails. My new roof looks amazing. Thank you Crew- you guys were great!
