They didn't explain the whole contract before I signed it. I called the next day to cancel and they said there was a $2500.00 cancel charge. Still have not resolved the problem.

My estimator that was at your home is one of senior estimator and is very well versed and trained in his field of expertise... We spoke to you in detail regarding this, you however did not cancel the next day. As well as you and your son decided to continue with the project and then weeks later decided to cancel which then yes there is a fee associated with that. When we receive a project in our office we immediately start to process the job. We have time and money invested into your project immediately to make sure our customers projects our done promptly and efficiently. Please if there is still an issue, reach out to our staff in our main office and we would be glad to assist you in any way possible. Excessive time before doing work. It has been 30 days now. Work has not even started. Didn't even get a county permit until 3 1/2 weeks. Send survey again when/if work is started. 2 more weeks and I'm going to court to get my money back.

Dear customer, Please give our office a call if you have any issues. We take all our rating and reviews very serious! In your county it is not just a simple as go down and pull a permit or go online and pull it. We must first submit for the permit and then we are at the mercy of your counties municipality, as too how fast we can get the permit on your home. At the time you signed your contract we were running 2-3 weeks out which you were told at the time you choose to get on our schedule. Please once again call us if there is any issue. We with out a doubt want to make sure all our customers are done in a timely matte.

Point of contact was difficult to get in touch with and eventually had to start our project over. That said once they got us scheduled the work was done very promptly and appears to be a quality repair.

What a good experience with Home Advisor and with Kennedy Construction. I have been amazed with the customer service and with the speed the job was done, once the rain stopped!! I would recommend Home Advisor and Kennedy Construction, and already have! I am happy with it!

They dropped off the supplies prior to the day of installation. They started early the next morning, around 8 am, showing up with a team of several guys and the roll-off dumpster. The manager showed up during the job to oversee their progress and accommodated my request to go up on the roof and check the products, underlayments, etc. The team was very efficient and worked well together, and finished the job by day's end, also considering it's not a huge house and there was relatively minor plywood replacement. I was very pleased with the job and the Duration Series shingles look awesome.
