Don't hire these guys. Asked for estimate on a repair, they pitched a new roof for an hour, but didn't look at anything other than walking around up top. The estimate was $1500 for the repair (100 square feet) which I thought was fair. They sent a team without shingles to my house and this guy climbed around in my attic, identified one of the spots on my ceiling as being condensation from an AC duct (which had been fixed) and another spot as having two exposed nails. In less time than the new roof sales pitch, everything was in order (put some tar under existing shingles)... but it cost me for 100 square feet of new shingles. Called about the subject asking if due to the findings I would be compensated, but no return call.

If you want it done right the first time hire a pro. These guys are good..I have a large roof and these guys had it totally done in 2 days.

KCG was great from the estimate all the way through completion day. Robert and Jose answered all of my questions and kept me informed as they worked. I was scheduled quickly and my yard was left very clean. The crew was very efficient. They are experts, do things right and I highly recommend them.

Repair man arrived unannounced in an unmarked truck and did not offer identification. When he began working on my roof, he did not know he was there to repair a cracked tile at the skylight and reseal the attic air vents. He was looking for random cracked tiles anywhere on the roof. There was no coordination between Kennedy Construction and this subcontractor. I brought my contract out to show the sub, then he pulled out his and seemed surprised and said, "They told me to replace cracked tiles." I have not gone up on the roof to see if he did what the contract called for.
