From estimate, explanation of materials and service, execution, and follow-up, Kennedy Construction Group was outstanding. Easily explained their high quality materials, how the process would flow, and then completed the job. They went out of their way to accommodate me being away from the house during the roofing job. I can't state enough how confident I was knowing they were on site. Superb job. Lastly, their materials were better than other offers and they were a few thousand dollars less. Great all around, but I believe their customer service is what earned my business.

It has been 2 months since job completion, I have called 3 times but still cannot get paperwork for homeowners insurance. They also left 2 complete skids of tile in my driveway for one month and would not pick it up. Absolutely no communication during or after job.

This was our busiest time of year. Discount was given for additional work as home owner is on a fixed income. Tile was picked up and everything was cleaned as soon as we were notified.

I originally was having my tile roof repaired (2 leaks) when a third leak appeared before the original repair was scheduled. I ended up having the tile roof removed and replaced with shingles. Kennedy quoted a price which I benchmarked against other roofers quoting same product. Kennedy was competitive. I was very satisfied with the work.
