The Jose Rodiquez work team did an outstanding job. The team worked well together finishing the job in extreme heat and rain circumstances. They had to tear off a tile roof but left the site clean ! We now have a beautiful roof all done to code. We could not have been more pleased and have no hesitation recommending them to everyone. The office staff took good care of us. Thanks Scott, Brian and Brandon. You can't go wrong hiring the Kennedy company !!

The workmanship is beyond expectations and completed on time. Job completion was extremely well done with no leftover debris. The attitude shown by each employee was an attitude of cooperation and professionalism. I can't think of one reason not to recommend this company to anyone.

They originally indicated it would take up to 4 weeks to get me on the schedule, but they showed up at my house within about 2 days. I was happy they worked me in, but I didn't have much advance notice they were going to show up. Fortunately my wife was home that day, so we were able to get the work done ahead of schedule. A small amount of water from the roof leaked into my bathroom, but they quickly sent out a drywall-er to fix the problem at no charge.

Once they finally got a crew out to repair my roof, they worked quickly and efficiently, and did what appears to be a quality job. However, the company's communication leaves something to be desired. When I first called, I asked if they would be able to do a same day or next day repair. They said this was no problem. Apparently that translates to "We'll send someone out to do an estimate on the same day, then we'll put a temporary tarp on it a week later (after 3 additional phone calls), then it will be another 2 calls/9 days before we actually have people come out and do the repairs."

The workers were very courteous and hardworking. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess behind. The job supervisors were very knowledgeable. Salesman was prompt and explained the roofing choices very well.
