They were the first to respond in person. Crystal called and she was warm, friendly, and professional. A great first contact for the company. Robert was the team leader for lack of a better word, and again warm, friendly, and professional. I know what it is like to get stuck on a job running into unforeseen issues and not be able to exactly meet deadlines. But Robert called and kept us informed every step of the way. He is a great asset to the company. The work team was courteous and worked a long day to complete some challenges to our flat roof. All in all, it was a good experience!

High quality work and great customer service ( thanks Chip). I am really happy with my new roof. Everything from start to clean-up was perfect. They were not the cheapest, but they certainly were the best. It's a really good feeling to know that I will never have to worry about this roof for the rest of my life.

A pleasure to work with from beginning to end! The salesman walked me through the entire process and explained in detail the products used and why. A few small hiccups where re-hanging the gutters and ridge vent were concerned, but the project manager fixed them in no time. I would definitely recommend them and hire Kennedy Construction again!

Workmen did some damage to fence, walls, pool deck, railings in stripping off the old roof.

Lots of debris in the gutters and roofing nails in the yard that caused flats in my tractor tires when I mowed the grass, but the company reimbursed me for all damage and Chip St Charles (supervisor) cleaned everything up by himself. I would rate the workers 2 stars because of debris but Chip would get 6 stars.

Had my roof done in 2013. The job was done fast and good. My husband and I picked up a few hundred nails from all sides of my house. Still waiting on the shingle warranty. I gave up calling and asking for it which made me wonder whether we actually bought 50 year shingles because the stones are already falling off the shingles. To date the shingles have already lost a large amount of stones and have become brittle. Additionally this company was $6,000 over other quotes we received, however we would have had to wait a very long time to have any of the other company's do the work.

We stepped up on all the materials and took a chance with Kennedy & OwensCorning and could not be happier. With a foreman, who stayed on the job and very courteous workers, who really were working while on duty, it was a relief for us!
