Great family owned business. Our experience with the Kennedy Construction Group was excellent. They do okay work but you have to be careful when they quote one price and then find extra work that needs to be done on the roof and the job ends up being more expensive. They did work with me on the extra cost but it was the principle of quoting one price and being charged more.

No..no..no..do not hire this company. Quoted one price then came in at a higher price. Ran the repair into 2 mo. Tried to get additional work out of the quote & more money. Didn't finish the job, after ruining the gutters we had to hire someone else to replace them. Never returned to paint the repair to match the roof. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We are disappointed in your unfair review, this job was a custom clay tile roof. The tile was ordered from Mexico, delays were due to shipping and the customer was informed every step of the way. The roof was repaired last year by another company who we are fixing there poor work, and upon removal other items that needed to be addressed where brought to the home owners attention. Yes we did bend the gutter accidentally and the customer was given a credit $$$$ to have the gutter fixed by his own company. In addition if the homeowner would like to give us a call at the office 941-777-7663 I would be glad to help in any way that I can.

I at this time only had them do some roof repair, and no more leaks. I am waiting for them to come back out and give me a quote for another leaking as a result of repair of a leaking in my flat top roof. I am little disappointed that it has been a week now and I have not see or heard from the as to the other repair.

Great customer service! The project took several hours longer than expected due to extra work needing to be completed. They very clearly explained the reason for this using photos, and terminology I could understand. They were respectful of my property; cleaning up after themselves. They were respectful of my neighbors and myself; I did not hear foul language and my neighbors called to say they felt that although roofing is a noisy business, my roofers were reasonably quiet..

The only thing that I can complain about is that they didn't call to schedule the work. They just showed up one day. Work took a half a day to complete and all the debris was cleaned up. 9/30/17- Follow up to the roof repairs done back in 2014. The roof flashing wasn't done properly and the roof continued to leak. They did come back out and do the flashing. The roof has continued to leak. Post Irma we lost the area they had repaired and multiple other tiles(not their fault). They said they would come out and re-tarp the area most problematic but that took over a week to occur. Not sure if this company is the best at follow up problems.
