This project, which was scheduled to take a week, was done within less than two weeks from the date of the estimate and the project was completed ahead of schedule. The service was outstanding and the workers were to notch. Due to the slop and size of our roof, this was a very difficult job but the team handled it with no problem. Thank you Kennedy Construction Group for the outstanding work.

I hired Kennedy Construction Group in beginning of August 2015 and was told by sales person that they were behind about three weeks and & was ok with that. Then I received a letter from the owner indicating that due to the extreme rain they would get to my flat roof repair as soon as possible. I understood the extreme rain was an issue but 2 1/2 months later I got final inspection done on 10/29/15. I continued to call the company a month later & another month after that and was told my file was on top and one of the lead guys would be calling me. Never happened until one of the ladies called me herself to let me know when the flat roof repair would actually be done. If it wasn't for her, I propably would still be waiting for one of the lead guys to call. When they finally came, what I saw the work was done and better than I thought. The crew was pleasant and FINALLY my flat roof repair was done (only 2 1/2 months later). I'm happy that this roof should not be a problem & the warranty on labor & materials will be covered. If they were so behind then they should have waited to take on more jobs. The end result was good.

A great team of installers. Very professional management team. The work involved aparticularly difficult roof secction which they handled skillfully. All work was completed to my satisfaction. I'm extremely happy with the finished product.

The estimator who came out was professional enough. The people actually sent to do the work looked like low level subcontractors. They actually had to borrow MY ladder to get on the roof. And then removed too many roof tiles (I only had 6 they removed 7). So they had to come back with a non-matching replacement from somewhere else. So $500 to replace 7 roof tiles using my spare tiles and my ladder. Can't say this was a very good deal for the money spent.

Ask about fixing flat roof for the water would drain off. Kennedy Construction knew what to do. I am please with their work.

On time and job done quicker than expected. Good follow up upon completion.

lots of leaks above the gutter. Drip edge was not installed right. Came back out once to repair,,,, they have been paid in full and now will not talk to me. filing a complaint with the state bldg dept tomorrow. This whole job has been a nightmare.
