Reviews
Write a ReviewNeutral feelings. Guy came, did his job in time he said he will do it. Quote was probably lower then others, but still unexpectedly high. To add to neutrality is that apparently nobody in business gives warranty for this type of job. Nothing special. Would recommend to my friend 'cause dealing with big company is easier for unexperienced customer like myself (easier, but not always cheaper).
Same day arrival, quick, no extra or hidden charges.
They came quickly, and were able to fix the problem with a basement-level ejector pump quickly as well and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely work with them again.
Very professional. Did the work the same day that I decided to select him. He arrived on time, did a great job.
There was a leak in what appeared to be the main of our rental property. RR came out and determined that it was on the City's side of the valve. The City came out and dug up the area and determined it to be our responsibility; however since the City had dug up the area they cut in half the amount of labor. Unfortunately we had to go with another vendor due to timing although I would recommend this vendor.
We had an emergency of dripping water from kitchen ceiling. Despite their promise to show up within 60 minutes from calling time, they finally showed up after 3 AGONIZING WAITING HOURS (!) We could have called other plumbers that mighit showed up sooner to minimize water damages. Nevertheless, once they showed up, the work went OK, but price was on the high side. We could not afford to negotiate the price since the dripping must be stopped ASAP at any cost at the time. It was like a 'Making an offer you can't refuse" situation.
The plumber should have diagnosed the plumbing under the sink first since that's were the problem was instead of snaking the outside plumbing. The clog was in the pipes underneath the sink and was charged almost $400 for unnecessary work outside when the problem was at the pipes were the clogging was occurring. I even told him that nothing else is backing up in the house.
He had a great attitude, even though there were some hitches in the installation. Home Depot had given me the wrong sink top so he went with me to exchange it for the right one, then the project took 5 hours instead of 3 and he had to go to the hardware store 2 more times due to a pipe in my wall being angled differently. But it was accomplished and they didn't charge me any more. He did leave a hole in the wall where the pipe entered that he said he couldn't cover due to the angle, so I now have to cover it myself, which isn't a big deal, but a little disappointing that everything wasn't 100% done.
The work that Rescue Rooter did was fine and the office was on the ball and had someone respond to me and set a apt. The plumber was late to the apt. and did not call they gave me a time frame between 8-9am I finally left my house around 10:15 to go to work and they called me at 11:00 to tell me they were at my house so I went home. He was able to fix my garbage disposal they did the work satisfactory, but I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know they were running late for the apt.
