Reviews
Write a ReviewRescue Rooter came unprepared for the job required but said it was still possible to do the work. We have since found out they had no business attempting such a project with the equipment they bought. (They tried the clear a blockage in a 15 inch diameter, 120 feet long, storm drain by threading a 2 inch head through a city storm grate). The technician made no difference to the drain. We have complained and are still trying to get back our $502 . The job has since been done by another company for less money and perfect results.
Jose Garcia did an excellent Job. Thank You rooter
They fixed the obvious leak but I had to do my own work a few days later to finally close the leak and finish the job.
they responded very fast to my request. i'm very much satisfied.
They were a little expensive, but did a good job.
The cost of the toilet float replacement seemed high and the toilet doesn't flush as completely now.
My rating is a mix of the following... I had 3 visits to get this job done: 1) A tech who didn't know what he was doing. Ask for a plumber for anything more than a clog. This tech turned off my water, left the house for a part and never returned! 2) Ernie the plumber came next and was infomative but not accurate in his estimate. He wanted to break down a wall to get to my shower pipes! 3) Last guy was a plumber too (wish I remembered his name). Came in, had the right parts with him, fixed it and the price qouted. He was great. So one bad, one so-so and one expert. Be careful who you get.
I was disappointed because person who set up the appointment said the plumber would give me a free estimate for the work needed to fix the leak, even if that meant opening the wall. When the guy showed up, he said he could give me a free estimate but would have to charge me $125 to open up the wall. I wouldn't have minded if I wasn't told it would be free. I paid it, but It felt like a bait and switch. Luckily it was an easy fix and didn't cost much. He left a little mess. There was a lot of dust and footprints that I had to clean up after he left. Not that big of a deal, but still annoying.
