Reviews
Write a ReviewThe actual price was double what was quoted. I was notified that the job would need more steps than quoted, but it wasn't until he was finished that I knew it would be double. I would still have done the work, but I could have done without the shock.
The Rescue Rooter rep has good people skills. He did a great job on the small project.
My repair person was Steve Butler. He was very professional. Everything was done in an orderly and timely manner.
Job is not started yet pending purchase by resecue rooter the right kind of sink needed for replacement. Therefore cleanliness and value could not be assessed above. As of today, 5/23/02 the supervisor Mike called and he has assured us that the work would be done once I have the right sink for the job. So I'm waiting to get the sink from suppliers. I'll fill the form after 30th MAy, tentatively when the job is expected to be done.
