Reviews
Write a ReviewThe technician was EXCELLENT !!! The absolute best. Many other plumbers were unfamiliar with my specific type of water system. However this one knew exactally what to do.
Very professional in both appearance and workmanship.
Technician was great.
The Tech cleared the blockage and then checked his work to make sure the water was coming through the drain. I would recommend again. I have already told two people about good experience with Home Adviser and Rescue Rooter.
Technician spent over 3 hours trying to find a leak in the system. Recommended "Pipe Pros". No charge for his services.
he is a pro. even if is so expensive. i hated to twist my back to install it. ha.
Rescue Rooter called me within minutes after i contacted Home . Advisor. The tech (Nick) was at my house within 2 hours to give me an estimate. The water heater was installed the next day. . the work was done in both a friendly and professional manner. Nick went out of his way to give me information about how it would be installed and how to adjust the heat, drain it etc. I would use this company again.
Although the Robert J arrived late he deserves top marks from me. He took his time to properly diagnose and find solutions to my plumbing problems; he was extremely professional but also approached the work with a great sense of humor. I will ask for him personally next time I need a plumber.
They were timely, efficient, cordial, knew what to do. They were quite expensive-$360 for an hour's work
The plumber was incompetent!! He quoted $187.50 per hour and said it would take one and a half to two hours to remove old faucets and install new ones, after an hour and 45 minutes he finally had the two faucets out and now I am looking at another two hours to install new faucets, that is a far cry from estimate he gave. He was very unsure on what he was doing. When I called the office to complain the lady was argumentative. I spent $300 just to remove faucets and now have to find someone who knows what they are doing to install the news faucets.
