Reviews
Write a ReviewWe had asked them to come out for an estimate on repairing our kitchen sink. He arrived right on time and assesed the problem. He told us it would be approx 450.00 to 550.00 to repair. That was fine. In the end, he told us he wanted to charge us an additional 98.00 for unclogging the sink (which I had asked if included in original est.). I told him I would have a friend do it and he explained that he had already done the work. I ended up with a $644.00 bill for 2 1/2 hours of work. That seemed very expensive especialy when it started out 450.00 to 550.00??? I was not happy with the service as well, the sink is still clogging up.
They did a very good job. The first gentleman that came out didn't have the appropriate tools to get to the problem and didn't want to break my tile so he called a supervisor who was at my house an hour later and he was very helpful in explaining everything he was doing, which was very helpful.
They were extremely professional and gave us some tips and advice on the pipes in our 75 year old home.
Fast and very helpful
They did a good job with the problem.
