Reviews
Write a ReviewThe techincian claimed that hydrojetting would take 2 hrs but was done in 40 min. That made us feel we were overpaying. However, he cleaned an additional drain for free. We think they are expensive( paid two hrs worth for a 40 min job) but friendly and courteous. overall would recommend them.
Very responsive. Good overall job.
I was again surprised that Rescue Rooter doesn't clean up after themselves.
I did not shop the price, so I really do not know how competitive the prices are. The plummer came on a Saturday and was available to do the job right away. That was very convenient for me. The plummer was very professional.
Rescue Rooter sent another mechanic to to the job. The final cost was about 20% more than the original estimate for a 'better water heater.
I want to say that I am very satisfiedwith the fast repspone I received from this company and service. Great job to everyone involved. Thank you, David
