$ 170. to reset an existing toilet. that price was after I complained about the original price of $ 220. for less than 20 min. of work it seems like to much money. and that was with my AAA discount. I will shop around a lot more in the future.

They fixed a difficult leak from one custom faucet but did expensive repair of a second faucet that, after the work was done, faucet proved un-fixable. i relied on their expertise to not have me put money into something that wouldn't fix the problem. So, I now have new pipes but no working faucet!

They refused to give a price on the phone and said they would have to come out and give an estimaqte. When the man came, he said the repair would be $375 for an overflow pipe replacement.It was a dangerous situation so I felt I had to go for it. I found out later that the basic charge to come out was $375 They shoud say this on the phone. I would have hired someone else.
