Reviews
Write a ReviewThe young man that came to my house did an outstanding job. I had to projects at two different houses. The First was one which one plumbing company told me that they couln't find the part and was not sure if he would be available after I found it myself. It took him no time to fix the leak and he had never worked on this delta fixture. The Second project was a Kitchen Sink Faucet that was a Wall mount type in an older Duplex.I had taken the old one off and tried to replace it with a new one and could'nt align the treads to the pipe. He came to the house and was able to do it in no time. The other great thing about this Company is he didn't try to sell me a repair job that others who came in said it would be somewhere in the $350 to $400.00 dollar range just to put it back on. This is what I call a honest plumber who is there to do a job. I will always use this plumber for future work. You have my word! Anthony was the plumber which I thought was doing plumbing for years and found out he has only being do it for a year. Good Job Recue Rooter in hiring this young man!
I thought that Chris was very nice and knew what he was doing but the service was pricey considering that he did not repair the sheetrock after knocking the hole in the wall to move the pipe. I had had a phone call from David Shevick about doing the same job and he was shocked at the price I paid for the job without repairing the sheetrock. Next time, I will get estimates from everyone before proceeding with the job.
Only one who came.
Technician that arrived was ok/fair. Did ask if we wanted to stuff under the sink put back. Left a piece of pipe on our kitchen floor, which when we found, weren't very happy with. Work completed was satisfactory and scheduling was prompt with good follow-up.
They would not tell me their rates over the phone. They said they couldn't give me a price until they had seen the job. When the "technician" arrived, he told me it would be $145 an hour. As I had no water and took the day off, I felt I had no choice but to go forward. The work was well, but slowly done. I ended up paying for 2 hrs works just to re-soldier 4 copper joints. I would not call them again because I feel they deliberately withheld cost from me.
