Had water damage to pantry, ceiling and walls. Inspector came out inspected the damage wrote up a proposal to each project. First the roof had to be repaired because of the leak. I had no problem with the roofer that came and repaired the roof. Next the pantry because of the mold. The repairman came and repaired the ceiling and the drywall also the wall had mold which caused a couple of my shelves to fall I told the inspector this when he was here the first time. I thought that they would be remounted since the guy was already in the pantry but he indicated that he was here just to repair the mold. I told him that was part of the damage due to the mold. Next I had the to call the office to find out why no one has contacted me to come and complete the project. One day I called the office four times got the run around because the person that handles appointments was not in the office. Finally when the person did contact me I was annoyed and flustered and did not want their services

The quality of work is excellent. Michael is the best on the planet for removing wall paper and having the walls look great. He is very talented, respectful, patient, and answered all my questions. I have not seen anyone work this well with wallpaper removal! Work related cell phone calls from upper management need to be reduced to allow this gentleman to focus on his work. It was difficult to try to communicate with my original project manager who set the job up for me if I had one quick question. I could not leave a voicemail for him because his voice mailbox was full.

My wife and I hired Dove Remodeling Services to fix a leak we had around our fireplace as well as another soft spot on our ceiling where there was water damage. Justin, their sales rep was fast to come out and give a quote. After we signed the contract to have them do some flashing around our chimney and drywall repair to stop the leak, it took a week for them to set something up for us and we had to consistently call back in to check on status because they would lie and promise to call right back and never did. They finally had a couple workers come out to work on the repair. When all finished, we has worse leaking in our living room then when they initially came out to fix it. My wife and I tried to call back in several times to have someone come out and fix their screw up of a bad in install and they refused to call back when they said they would and had an excuse for everything they said. I tried to ask for the owner Jerry's number and the woman who answers the phones told me she didn't have his information yet she was on the other line with him when I called in. She told me he would call in the morning and by 1pm in the afternoon I had to call back in to check because he never called. He told the women to not give me his phone number but she did because I demanded it. When I called Jerry, he had no idea about our problems, he acted like he didn't care one bit and said they don't guarantee any repairs. He refused to send someone out to our house on the day we requested since my wife would have been home. He went on with being disrespectful and rude to me as a paying customer and clearly had no interest in making it right for us. He said he would send someone out but on a day that was not convenient for my wife and I and refused to work with us to make it better. My wife then tried to reach out to Justin who was the sales rep who wrote up the contract for us. He did not answer his phone and in his voicemail it says to text message him instead because it is easier. Both my wife and I tried to text him and he did not respond. I called him a couple times during the day and no answer and then finally on the 3rd attempt he answered and claimed he cannot see anything on his phone screen and was only able to use it at the time because he was on Bluetooth. When I expressed my frustration to Justin, he started to acting condescending and said stalking him by calling several times won't help the situation. We called a total of 3 times because they refused to call back like when he promised my wife one day he would call her back in 30 minutes but he lied and never did. He then began to make fun of a comment I said about my wife needing to use time off from work to get home early to meet him because he promised to show up by 4pm on a certain day to take a look at what was still wrong and never showed up or called. He said "we are all adults now and no one needs to use sick time to leave early". I advised him of his incorrect and rude comment and he ha

Worked with Josh, made it seem he was very reliable. Then left for multiple excuses, wouldn't return calls. Then lied to his company about not signing a contract, when he didn't show up, waited all day for them to show up.

Dove Remodeling performed great. Danny changed the flow angle on two gutters and installed 4 new down spouts. Danny did the work in a professional and efficient manner.
