They called within 15 minutes of me entering my project on Home Advisor and were able to schedule an appraisal for just a couple days later. The appraiser was right on time and quickly assessed the work needed. Work was scheduled for a week later and the worker arrived within an hour of their estimated time, and had the job done in less than an hour. Was a little pricey for such a small job, but I understand they need to set minimums to make it worthwhile to send someone out. Overall very happy with my experience with Dove!

I scheduled my appointment with them online and they called within 15 minutes to confirm the time. Our pro came out for an estimate outside of their normal operating hours and was exactly on time, knowledgeable and polite. They fit us in for our relatively minor repair the day after the estimate and the work they did looks great. You can't even tell that a piece of siding was ever missing, and they matched the shingle tile on our roof perfectly.

I hired this company to wrap all the exterior trim on our house with white aluminum and vinyl soffit. Also replace all gutters and install snap-in gutter guards. When the employees doing the work asked for final payment and claimed completion, one gutter downspout was missing, no gutter guard had been installed, and much of the trim was not secured properly to the house. After one visit out to fix areas damaged by wind, there are still loose areas and they will need to come out yet again to fix. No other house on my street sustained any damage.
