very pleasant, polite, and willingness to explain anything asked. They did a great job. I was afraid the siding color would not match but I was assured that it would and was explained to me how it would all come together since the siding on home was 12 yrs old. Great job.

Deck stain isn't covering properly. I was supposed to have 2 coats applied but it doesn't appear that was done. However, the company assured me that painters will be back within the next 3 working days. Will wait and see. I would like to review again after they return.

Difficult to rate as the subcontractor performing the work was outstanding. Dove Remodeling wanted to perform a lesser scope of work and did not want large projects. The initial estimate did not adequately address the problem of extensive water damage. The timeframe between estimate and pressuring Dove to assign a sub was 2 weeks.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
