I thought the company was great. They were very professional and not pushy about the choices they gave me. I spoke with them on Tuesday, had an estimate the next day and the repair was made on Friday. I would certainly recommend them.

Overall it was a good experience. Their in home estimate was very helpful. They explained what they would do (remove sliding shower doors, caulk and install curtain rod). They explained potential problems that could come up (staining under doors) and offered solutions. Scheduled w/in 1 wk. Only complaint was phone call night before appointment (after business hours) to let me know they would arrive 5 hours later than scheduled.

Larry is the best!!! I totally enjoyed having him do the work. He was very professional and such a delight to talk to as he was working. He does a great job and works very fast. He is a perfect example of who to expect when someone comes to your house to make repairs, he has set a high bar for others.

Friendly and knowledgeable. I do most of this work myself, this job was just bigger than 1 person job. For the most part quality work. just a few minor issues with the finishing. You need to inspect before they leave.

Replaced rotted wood on door trim, replaced door threshold seal, painted exterior trim. Very happy with the results. I did not get other estimates on the work, so I don't have comparisons on the cost, but it seemed reasonable for the work I was having done.

The job was started on time. The work was to be done in three to five days as per our contract. I was not happy with the General Contractor. I'm an electrical engineer and I have to work with contractors daily. This contractor had his subs call me to arrange dates and time to work. That should never happen. Your/my contact should be with the GC and no others. He collects the funds, then he should be your point of contact. The work was not done in the time frame agreed to. I would use this company again. They do good work.
