Great work on replacement of exterior trim above garage doors and windows in front of house. Casey was very responsive and came out one additional time to do a minor repair. Would definitely recommend and use this company again!

The team was professional and knowledgeable---from the first phone call to the actual day of the repair. Everyone was friendly, service oriented, and credible. I immediately trusted the technicians. They were punctual, cleaned up, and always told us what they were doing and why. I will always call Dove first.

Very nice people, but not quite accomodating. Changed schedule on us after accepting quote - which resulted in them having to seal the deck the day before a large rainstorm - I call to ask if this would be ok and they told me that sealant dries in 2 hours - I call the manufacturer of the sealant and find out that sealant needs 24-48 hours to dry - I call back several times and am told that they do it this way all the time. Minor repairs to the deck were not detailed in the estimate - resulting in confusion. Floor boards were replaced, but supports were not added to railing. Pickets were added, but only stapled-one has already fallen off.

Good workers but the invoicing did not reflect time and material so you have no idea what you are being billed for. Jerry was argumentative .When I misplaced the estimate he called me up an acted as if I was trying to avoid paying the invoice when I saidI couldn't find it. He had wanted a deposit the first day but since I misplaced the inoice I was unaware ot that. When I asked him to explain what I was being billed for since the original estimate was a worst case scenario he could not or would not provide a breakdown of the time and material of the actual work performed. He said the estimate was the final invoice. Very unprofessional.

the work done by Casey Jones was very good. He was a pleasure to work with. There were some communicaltion problems with Kelly about the starting time on the first day. But every one was pleasant and tried to be as helpful. I would use Dove again and would recommend Casey to anyone. I would suggest rechecking the time for the arrival of the workman the day before the work is scheduled.

Dove was on time for the appointment to give us an estimate. Quote came via email very fast. I hired another contactor that I knew and was not able to select Dove at this time.
