I hired them to power wash the deck and the stairs going to my basement. They arrived on time and they did a good job. One of the guys recommended a sealer be put on the steps going to the basement and I thought it was a good idea. I called the office to get a price and within a few minutes the called me back with a price of $400.00. I thought it was high but it really needed it. So I agreed. There was confusion right from the start. They did not do the the landing at the top or the bottom where the drain is. I told them these should be done as well. They came back the next day and did the landing but not the drain area. I was not happy.

I received a call about the job only minutes after I put in a request, 3 days later I had the estimate that i was impressed with. 4 days after that my back splash was installed. Dan did a very good job, however he left a mess all over my yard and driveway where the wet saw was. Other than that the service was great and the job was done very timely.

The person who came in to give me an estimate specifically asked me about the height of the building. However, when the people came to do the work on the scheduled date, they did not have a ladder that was big enough and had to postpone my job for a week. The person who actually performed the job was very efficient and helpful
