The crew did an excellent job of replacing a section of drywall in both the wall and ceiling. They also did an excellent job of replacing part of the hardwood and sub flooring. They treated the few mold areas with bleach and replaced the insulation. They also did an excellent job of matching the paint in finishing the room. The problem was with the price. Because they could not see the extent of the water damage until getting into the job, they estimated that it would take their crew 7 working days and materials to replace 1 entire wall and a 4x8 area of sub floor and hardwood flooring. The estimate for this was $5,000 with the understanding that it would be higher if they found more damage under the floor. Their crew was here 2 days for a total of 45 man hours. They replaced only 1/2 of the wall and a 2x4 area of sub floor and hardwood flooring. I was extremely upset that they refused to lower the estimated price, and charged me the full $5,000. Based on that I would not use them again and would definitely not recommend them to my family or friends.

Dove Remodeling spoke my language. They let me buy my own sliding doors, saving me money. Other contractors insisted I buy my doors from their supplier at inflated prices.
