The crew did an excellent job once they knew what the job involved. They did not have a copy of the contract detailing the work to be done. Company management did not communicate well with the crew. They called me to get the dimensions of the window to be removed and did not know they needed to prime the wall. Otherwise, the work crew was technically very competent and pleasant to work with. I was glad I had a copy of the contract to show them what they had to do. The actual wall work is very good.

We hired them to replace a attic bedroom ceiling and they sent 2 workers who were not drywall people only painters and they took a 2 day job and make it 5 days and when they were finished, it looked worse that the original mess. We immediately stopped payment on the check and called and they were nasty, they did a horrific job and were nasty, so they got another one person over a week and a half later and after another 5 days, it was finally done. Still not worth the over $2,300.00 they charged and the second guy they sent over said the job should have only been quoted for $600-$700, so they ripped us off in price. Worse work EVER. I would NEVER use them ever again and I would not even recommend them to my worse enemy.

The first crew came back with a signed completion certificate. Then you called with a service issue. We immediately dispatched a service person who you personally claimed did an outstanding job. So, in the end, you got a great job done for the price you agreed upon before we started your project. So, I am confused.
