I spoke to this customer upon receipt of this rating review to address any issues that they may have with the work that we completed (install homeowner provided light fixtures). Work was scheduled and completed on the assigned date and a certificate of completion was signed by the customer. Customer explained to me that they did not like the base of the lights that were installed at the rear of their home, but that he had already went out and purchase another base and installed it himself. I explained to him that we do service any problems that we have with any of our jobs that we complete. We strive for 100% satisfaction.

Very understanding of the situation and quality work was performed. Actually called a second time 2 days later for another screen repair and they were out the next day and completed the job quickly and efficiently
