Customer service end of things was great, and I appreciate the warranty that they said the work has. However, I never received anything in writing stating that nor did I receive a receipt. I wish I lived closer to my tenant because over 600 to replace a garbage disposal seems steep. I almost could have flown there and done it myself for that cost. The work seems good though, and everyone I interfaced with over the phone was very nice.

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL COMPLETELY CHEATED ! ! ! Three different guys and three different quotes~ SAME COMPANY! Had two jobs done and both BOTCHED~ putting it politely! First guy sold us AC with the understanding that the water heater and furnace were good even though I told him we had a couple issues, He assured me... When the water heater failed shortly after the AC install of $15,000, another guy said wow, not only do you need a new water heater but your furnace needs at least $5,000 in repairs but you should really replace it. Angry, I had the manager come out and he offered me new equipment for $21,000 but they were willing to give 1,500 off. 1500 off of $36,000 is a 4% discount... NO THANKS. I didn't even get into the fact that one of their plumbers screwed up plumbing my kitchen sink- pretty basic job.

They were the only company that would come out on a Sunday night, my recommendation is to look at the itemized quote first!!! They are excruciatingly expensive. Paid $4000 for a gas water heater replacement and that included the discount. Their new slogan should be Just Call Heritage...If You Want Your Wallet Emptied.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
