Prompt! I had reached out to a couple other services, and after a week of emails and phone calls, not having heard back, I went with Heritage. I loved the constant communication, they provided updates on scheduling and were prompt in scheduling. Ben P. was my technician and he was excellent, he diagnosed and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Some reviews may ay Heritage is pricier, however you get what you pay for here. This is my second service call and I will keep them in mind if/when I have a third.

Heritage rearranged schedules so that Floyd would be able to do this project. I've had him 3 times and he is a pro. I am sure other plumbers are good at heritage but a plumber to me is like a doctor. Keep up the great work Heritage and your customer service was very kind in satisfying this customer. Management I'm sure was also involved in keeping this customer happy.

I hired Heritage to remove 2 very old gas furnaces and replace them with one high-efficiency unit, as well as adding central air conditioning. Our initial Heritage contact was Dexter, who spent over 3 hours getting all the precise data he needed to size the appropriate unit for my home, as well as answer the 1,001 questions I threw at him. On install day I had the pleasure of meeting Don and Mark. They were prompt, friendly, and courteous professionals. On each day of the installation they worked incredibly hard and kept me up to speed with every stage of the project. As with any big project, things never go completely as planned, and when a part in the new furnace proved faulty, Don and Mark went out of their way to apologize (although it was beyond their control), and made every effort to get the necessary parts quickly so they could resume the job. By the time the job was complete, the guys cleaned up thoroughly and left my utility area cleaner than when they started! And even though I asked another 1,000 questions when the job was complete, neither one of the guys made me feel they were rushed...they did not leave my home until I was completely satisfied. Sure, I got quotes from some of the "big box" home centers, and yeah, they were cheaper, but I truly believe you get what you pay for. In this case, I got a high-quality installation and the peace of mind in knowing I have a strong company that will stand behind their work in the future. Thanks again to Dexter, Don and Mark on a job well done!

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
