John B was outstanding service tech!! Service was a simple annual oil fired furnace cleaning. John arrived early, gave good notification, easy to deal with and above all was honest!! Found needed to replace igniter electrodes which I expected since I they need to be replaced on regular interval. John also found issue with igniter line needing replacing and told me was likely due to a previous tech stripping threads on line -- he informed his office & said I, the customer should not be charged for replacement line. John went to supply house & replaced line without charging me - honesty - how refreshing!! Hire more people like John B!!

Nate W arrived for our annual furnace service, only to find the hot water heater, recently installed by Heritage PHCE was too close to the furnace boiler to be able to complete the job. He had to relocate the hot water heater (no cost because Heritage put it there), then clean the furnace.

They are the best of all contractors. You make an appointment and they stick to it. They call when they are enroute to your home. They treat you and your home with respect by wearing booties, putting tarps down in the work area, they clean up. They are very professional and friendly and most importantly, THEY SHOW UP.

Nate P and Chris B were very prompt and professional. Updated Electrical panel, vented bath exhaust fans, tested & where necessary replaced outlets, installed ceiling fan. Explained everything in advance as well as cost. Highly recommend.

From our initial phone call on Saturday afternoon after discovering a leak from a tank under our stairs, to the completion of the job, my husband and I were thoroughly impressed by Heritage. As mentioned, we called on Saturday afternoon and got an answering service. Within 10 minutes we received a call back from a very friendly woman in customer service, who gave us an appointment for Monday afternoon, since it was (fortunately) not an emergency. Got a phone call when Dennis P. was on his way, which was at the beginning of the time window we were given. When he arrived, I showed him where the issue was and let him take a look around. He came to me a short time later with not one or two but five different options of varying price range. I really appreciated that he took the time to write all that up and go over it with me, and that I never felt pressured to do additional work. I was happy that I was given choices and was not given a sales pitch of things that "had to be done." Dennis did discover a couple issues, including a septic pipe that was not capped, but literally just covered with a piece of aluminum foil. Needless to say, I was thankful that he took the time to go over the system and see if there were other issues and that he alerted us to this problem. Not happy that our home inspector missed it! My husband was also very impressed with Dennis - he was very friendly and personable, as well as very patient; explaining things to us without a lot of technical jargon, and making sure we understood and were comfortable with the information. We were both amazed at how neat and professional the work was, and that Dennis had completely cleaned up any trace of the work he did when he was done. This was our first experience with Heritage and while I can't speak to what it may have cost if someone else had done the same work, I can honestly say that my husband and I very happy that we called Heritage, and that we worked with Dennis. We certainly don't have money to burn, but we also know the value of hard work, professional excellence, and peace of mind, and we feel that we got all of these in our experience with Dennis and with Heritage.
