Mark was great, he walked me through the entire installation, listened to my concerns, and made recommendations. There were no surprises. I couldn't be more pleased with installation. The team was prompt they said they would arrive at 8:00 am and they were here at 8:00am, they would courteous and very professional.
The Guys were in and out quickly, kept me informed of what they were doing along the way and did what they promised. I was very please with the work and the results.

Up sold me on appliances bad mouthed Home Depot. But have me same product sold from there for ore money

The quote was the highest by about 1,000 but they were more thorough than any other company and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before leaving. I also have a year to decide if the system is to my liking. If winter comes and the system is too loud, not heating well enough, or anything else, I can call Heritage and they will come make it right on them (according to the paperwork they had me sign before service started). Part of the higher quote was also that they required the better filter system be installed and other higher end equipment be used. The system reads 98% efficient
Rodney was very thorough and pleasant during his visit. He quoted the prices to repair the AC unit, and then did the work.
