Heritage responded quickly and had multiple appointments available to accommodate my schedule. Justin, the electrician that came to my home diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a few options to consider and helped choose the one that met my needs and stayed within my budget. He was able to implement the fix quickly with stock on the truck and explained the problem and solution in an easy to understand way. The customer service representative I spoke with was not very transparent about the fee structure. The electrician made sure to explain it before starting work but considering there is a trip charge if they visit your home and you don’t hire them, this should have been explained by customer service up front. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to use Heritage again.

This is a good company always do what they promise, However they are very expensive. The guy was here for 1.5 hours and put in a small motor and they charged me 1150.00 crazy right. they also don't give free quotes they charge you $189.00 to come out and that is added to the work done. I will look for another company in the future, $700.00 an hour is insane, I know the motor did not cost much.

Hired to re install my kitchen sink and reconnect my dishwasher. They wanted over $400 just to connect the dishwasher drain. Pass. They charged me $400 to reinstall rhe kitchen sink, and he didn't even use new supply lines - he told my wife that would cost $1000. Outrageous! I wouldn't hire these extortionists again if you held a gun to my head. They are overpriced. Keep looking!

I would not hesitate to hire Heritage again. They truly care about their customers. From the office to those out in the field I felt I was their number one priority. I was no longer alone with a huge project to face. They were with me all the way.

Home Advisor helped tremendously by forwarding Heritage info to help out with leaking faucet problem. Because of the weather and fear of freezing temperatures it was important to fix problem right away. They were here by 12:30 11/21/19 to do so.

  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
