Rich Carmichael was an outstanding plumber who knew his trade expertly and he explained excellently on how the different ways problem could be fixed. Very knowledgable when trouble-shooting and getting to a solution. Also, no mess left behind, and gave a number of ways to be more pre-maintenance minded in the future. Gets more than 5 stars as his skill and talents were very impressive. Also provided ways to keep costs down in the future.

Bill H. was courteous and professional. He explained everything he needed to do & why he needed to do it. He got to work as soon as I accepted his proposal. He worked all through the day and completed the job fully to ensure we had hot water once again. He explained the Heritage member plan and how it would save me 10% on the job which was a significant amount of savings. This young man was a wonderful representative of his company and an excellent, hard worker.

I called Heritage because I am a new homeowner and my central A/C was blowing lukewarm air. I've seen the ads on TV for Heritage and online reviews looked good. I don't know any handymen, and I wanted someone I could trust. The Heritage rep was friendly and professional on the phone, and had a tech out to me in an hour. The tech called to let me know when he would be arriving, and he was on time. The tech, Mark, was friendly and professional, and knew his stuff. He explained things to me in an easy-to-understand fashion, and he presented me with all my repair options and the associated cost so I could make an informed decision. He was never pushy at all. He showed me exactly where the problems were, and explained what it would take to fix them. He had all the supplies he needed in his truck. He always put on shoe coverings before entering my home, so my carpets stayed clean. In the end, I decided it would be more cost effective to purchase a new central air conditioning unit, and Mark was able to quickly coordinate with the office to have a tech come out same day to discuss my options with me. This was my first time doing business with Heritage, and I am very impressed. I have signed up for their Home Advantage plan, which is basically like AAA, but for your house instead of your car. There is a low monthly cost, and I get free yearly cleanings of my furnace and A/C, 10% off all services, no emergency fees, and $500 off the install of a new furnace or A/C. I like having that peace of mind knowing professionals are helping to keep my home well-maintained. So far, I highly recommend Heritage!

Bought a mobile home which had two toilets. Able to replace one but the other had a water inlet that interfered with the base. Being new in the area I didn't know any plumbers. I saw a Heritage truck, called and they were very accommodating. Now I had a hole in the floor because the second toilet was so gross I had it pulled. Dave looked over the situation and said "yah, I can fix this and in fact, I have a toilet ON MY TRUCK which will fit". Dave had all the parts he needed on his truck. How often does that happen? The end result is a quality job performed by a professional with a happy homeowner.
