Reviews
Write a ReviewGreat Company, fast and efficient, even diagnosed another issue free of charge.
I love how technicians were not on a "time frame". He stayed there till job was complete and wasn't rushed . I felt like I was his priority for the day! wow! I loved how he took time to educate me on my unit as well as care and maintainance I can do. He took the time to answer all my questions
Had my furnace shut off due to a gas leak inside it. Unfortunately, they didn't have an appointment available for a few weeks. We scheduled it anyway since it's the summer and we didn't need the furnace, and they put us on a wait list for an available appointment. Well, turns out it was only two days later that an appointment opened up. He gave us a call to let us know he would be there shortly. When he was there, he took a look at everything for us and provided useful explanations of the overall condition of our heater and of the work that needed to be done. Definitely planning on contacting them again for anything I might need.
.
Expansive.
He was very courteous, prompt and he came over on his lunch hour from another job, getting my job done on the same day that I called. Did a great job. I would definitely use him again.
I called them for a quote, which unfortunately costs $89 unless you agree to the work that day. However, because I would need 2 specialists on 2 different days, one plumber and one heater, they agreed to only do one fee even if I didn't have them do the work. I hired them to do both the plumbing and heating work. Both workers were extremely courteous, personable, funny, and hard working. Both Dale and Dan made sure their work was excellent. Dan ended up having to stay very late because there was an issue with trying to get a pipe to fully drain. Dan also gave 2 quotes - one for the work I thought was necessary and one for both the necessary and optional. Dale suggested getting the membership which costs $69, which I would too, even if it saves you only a few dollars. The membership saves you 10% for a year and doesn't auto renew unless you ask. I saved $11 with him; however, it also saved me 10% then when I had Dan do the heating. The only complaint we really had is that Dale noticed our washer hot/cold valves didn't turn off completely. He took it upon himself to hook up the washer hoses, but said the system would need to be replaced later. We would have appreciated him telling us about the issue and giving a quote to do the work then and there, but perhaps that is against company policy. We also were planning on replacing the washer hoses because we just bought the house and they weren't in top condition. Overall, I believe Heritage is a great company with employees who take pride in their work.
The Heritage team showed up when expected, did not forget any parts, worked for a day and a half, tested the new heating system (no leaks and worked perfectly), cleaned up both inside and outside and did a great job. They also recommended a company, Baker Brick and Block) to install the chimney liner who showed up on the same day and worked with Heritage to ensure that everything integrated together successfully. Everyone was professional and courteous.
Great service and professional quality. The cost was just sliiiightly more than I liked, but wasn't a deal-breaker by any means. Will hire again.
Prompt and professional. Job done right (toilet replacement) by a veteran plumber. More expensive than small shop, but corporate approach is comforting and worth a few extra bucks.
