Not even 3 months after having our flat roof done by these fools, it started leaking. Weâ re going on two years now, with major damage from their shoddy work, all of which they ignore. You would think with a seven year warranty, they would come out and fix it. A solution we would have gladly welcomed. Lol. Nope. Not Kennedy roofing. Once that check clears, they are done. Now we have water damage from their terrible work leaking into the main parts of our house. They claimed to have placed a pitch system on, to avoid pooling water. That was another lie, we paid for a product and did not receive it. I think that called theft. What a miserable experience this has been, and continues to be. Looks like it is time to litigate.

As a commercial business it is extremely important for us the have a safe, dry, cool, and comfortable environment which would include having a good roof on our commercial building. We needed our roof replaced and sent out for pricing. Kennedy Roofing came in with a good price but was more impressive was the professionalism that they did their job. The were extremely good with communicating with us and when they were done we had a roof that looks great and that doesn't leak any more. We will happily recommend Kennedy to our commercial clients.
