Nate and his colleague were professional and treated me with respect. Another company said the job could not be done due to the unusal garage ceiling configuration but this team made it happen and installed everything to my satisfaction. I feel confident if there are any problems in the future they will be back promptly to fix. I am looking forward to parking my car in a warm garage this winter thanks to them.

Once they got here the service was great. They were slow in contacting me through an email order. I had to contact them to get service. Then they found the email order... It took about 5 days to get them to my house.

I may have been able to find a better service at a better price. Regardless, they came in on short notice to get the job done during the weekend when I needed the work completed.

Precision had to come back to my home twice after the initial installation of the garage door opener because it wouldn't work. Finally, on the third try we realized that the lst contractor who installed the door opener had plugegd it into the wrong plug and when the motion sensor on the lights went out and so did the automatic door opener. The second contractor realized the mistake and it was fixed. I want everyone to know that Precision is no longer a local company and the call center in Florida sets up the appointments. The call center has no idea how transportation works in the Seattle area.

Thank you for your feedback. We're a bit embarrased by the call backs - Thanks for allowing us to get it right. I do however, want to correct something. We remain a Local company - right here in Lynnwood Wa. We did contract with our Corporate Call Center in Florida to handle our volume of calls - but we still have all local Techs, office staff and installers - we continue to coach the call center on local things like bridges and ferries. Thanks again!
