The person who came to do the estimate was helpful in presenting options and discussing the pros and cons of each. The installer was good, and explained the workings of the new garage door and opener to us well, so we understood its operation. All parts of the purchase and installation went very well.

Called them at 0900 and they came out that afternoon. They gave me a window of time when they might get here but they were delayed, but called to tell me they would be later. Diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. Had all the parts they needed in their truck. Technician was very friendly and explained everything about the job. Thanked me for having patience with their delayed arrival. Will definately call on them again when my garage door needs attention.

Although I was given a time frame for arrival between 4pm and 6pm, the technician arrived at 8pm (after both placing and receiving phone calls to the customer dispatcher). The work was done thoroughly and the technician was able to describe the problem and what he did to correct it! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends...
