Jeff was technician that worked on our garage door. He was courteous, precise and worked quickly to resolve problem.

Repairman showed up on time--- after looking at the loose cable, he reattahed it and adjusted the spring while commenting that he had no compatible hardware if anything ws broken. After adjustment and about 20 minutes work, the door worked well again. He told me his charge would have to include 39.95 for the service call and a minimum labor charge of 89.95. With tax and all the bill was 141.00 for no parts and some adjutments taking 20 minutes. He did the job ok, but that would work out to about 250.00 per hour. I think you will agree that this is too much.

Very knowledgable installer who was polite and informative and arrived right on time. He explained all the workings of the door and remote outside keypad. Very professional and personable.

The repair guy was here on time and was very creative in fixing my problem without having to spend extra money. This shows me that he was ver inovative and knew his stuff. He also could of charged me a lot more to replace a part rather than fixing it, and this is what he did.
