Write a Review!I called PRECISION & they were most helpful; timely, stayed in touch with me on the cell; kept me informed where he was, what he was doing(I had to get a ride to meet him), & had the door fixed even before I got there! Plus he didn't charge me because it was too simple! What service! I will definitely use them again & recommend them to everyone I know!
When I ordered two "in stock" garage door, I was told it would be installed the next week. I called 4 times to find out when they would be installed. On the first 3 calls, they didn't seem to know who I was but promised to call back. Didn't. Finally, at the end of the 3rd week they installed the doors. Only because I insisted, they wanted to rebook the appointment but I am up against a deadline. The doors are beautiful and the installers were great. But I can't recommend this company, it took too much effort on my part to get the product installed, and it is really frustrating to have to explain what you want over and over again.
Our installer was exceptional, timely, and professional. Great work!
Was told no service charge would be charged if repair was done when I called. Was charged for the service call $50.00 but got $10.00 off with phone book coupon. On the phone I was told parts + labor at $50.00 per hour. I was not charged an hourly labor rate but was chared a parts installed rate that I beleave was way in excess of what the other would have been. I was charged $200.00 for rollers that I saw online for $107.00, it took him 10 minutes to install them or $8.33 @ the hourly labour rate. 1 hinge cost $25.00 installed took him 30 seconds. Hinge cost locally is about $7.00. The total cost of the job was $750, not far from the cost of a whole new door, to replace the torsion spri
