The only reason I didn't rate the overall experience as Very good was because the tech was 30+ minutes late. I was given a window of 2-4pm the tech didn't arrive until after 4:30pm

Lance the installer saved the sale. Without his professional behavior Precision Door would have been a flop. Scheduling was a nightmare from the corporate office.

Kevin and a co-worker arrived at the appointment time. They had everything they needed on the truck and really knew what they were doing. They left me with a door with much better and heavier hardware than the original and knocked the job out in about an hour. I was impressed. I thought the price was a little stiff but than I DID get exactly what I wanted.
