Write a ReviewThey came and fixed the problem in almost no time. They were AWESOME!
The tech was very good worked fast and I was impressed with the repair work. The only problem I had was I to clean my garage I had no more excusses
Our Garage door (spring) broke Friday morning and it was imperative that we had it fixed ASAP since it allowed access to the rest of the home. After scheduling 3 appointments for inspection and quotes with service providers suggested by Service Magic. Precision Door was the second appointment but once Travis arrived and he invited my husband into the garage and completed a full inspected of our garage door, explaining what absolutely needed to be fixed, how it would be fixed and why it needed to be fixed. Travis also provided a list of things that he suggested we have repaired/replaced over the next year or so, and then provided a fair quote to the replacement and repair for the broken spring. If all the service techs at Precision Door are as knowledgeable, professional, and polite as Travis, then I would defiantly suggest you call them first!!! From the moment I made the inquiry through Service Magic to the completion of the task it took all of 6 hours. Thanks all
I am happy with the service I received from Precision door. I had a broken spring and warn out everything, Now it is super quiet and works great. They use commercial parts and know their job well. I spent $680 for two new springs, all new track wheels, cable roller wheels and cables. The technician went over the whole door, he lubed and tightened everything. Everything they installed has a Lifetime warranty on parts and labor.
Company did not sell a new door that fit my HOA's requirements.
My old garage door opener finally failed after 18 years. I replaced it myself, but the door springs needed an adjustment. The technician adjusted the springs and inspected my installation. He made a few adjustments to the garage door opener. He also lubed the garage door hinges and springs. He was a wealth of friendly advice on maintaining the garage door. All of this was covered by the initital fee. I recommended to 3 of my friends who have garage door issues to use precision door.
The price for the parts seemed a little higher than they should be, but the quality of the work was great.
Precision Door responded quickly to my request. The customer service person explained things well and the technician came out within hours, calling before to keep me informed. The parts used seemed of better quality than what was on the existing door (torsion spring, rollers) hence the 5 star rating for customer service and quality. Value is questionable. I would recommend getting onsight estimates. A $200 quote over the phone turned into a bill of $550 for 3 bearings, a spring and 12 rollers. Not sure that is a competitive price. Getting other onsight estimates would have helped in this area.
