I believe "Job was well done" only time will tell. They showed up on time and technician explained everything that was needed to be done. So far I am pleased with the work. Only reason I give 4 star is for scheduling and pricing. No warranty option was provided at schedule time. I still signed up, but when the technician showed up and wrote up the contract - first there was a sticker shock of the cost to fix the issue (+ newly identified preventative maintenance issues) but along with that there was an option at about 25% discount with life time warranty. What baffles me is how can something cost 25% less with life time warranty.

The repairman tried to sell my several upgades to the garage door, I lost some of the confidence in him in continuing to try and sell upgrades rather than just fixing the Spring that was broken. I did follow his suggestion to replace both springs.
