The service was prompt and was able to respond on the same day that evening. However, the customer service representative did not mention a trip charge when I asked for all the costs I would have to pay. Initially it was half the rate of the others but that was just for coming. Everything was extra. When he came, the garage door was working right away and he said there was really nothing wrong with it. He detached a wireless pad by my garage door but left a screw. He also did not close the cover on the garage door mechanism and I had to do that myself. I am glad my garage door is working, but I would have expected more for paying a lot

They came right away even though I called them after 6PM. They had the door working before they left a couple of hours later.
