Reviews
Write a ReviewVery professional, good work, and Tony was very helpful in talking about options. He repaired my 20+ year old, bent door so it is in working condition until I can replace it. Impressive ingenuity in being able to make it work. Came on time, and did the work in an efficient manner.
Fast callback- I hit "send me a quote" and my phone started ringing. They offered a $49 lube and tune on my door that could also go toward a larger repair, while subsequent callers quoted $69-89 for the same service. My repair ended up being significantly more complicated, including replacing cables and rollers, and ended up being several hundred dollars, but the tech added the tune up to that door and a second garage door for no additional charge. My service tech was on time for the service call, explained the service well and cleaned up after the repair. Overall it was a positive, if somewhat expensive, experience.
Chris Wilde was very helpful & solving the problem with our garage door. He gave us specific issues to look for in the future. We would definitely use Precision again in the future. Wendy Edmonds
Replaced broken spring. Due to door cycles replaced both springs, bearings and performed tuneup and lubrication.
Customer Service quoted tension spring replacement between $108-$149 per spring, labor included. (Springs were installed @130 each). No other charges would apply if springs were only items replaced and only work done. When everything was said and done I paid an additional 75.00 for a "bearing" that the repair rep insisted "needed" to always be replaced with new torsion springs. Was also nickel and dimed me for 10.00 for fuel surcharge. In the end a 260.00 repair actually cost 345.00.
They came out within hours and had my garage door working smooth.
I emailed for a quote and had a call back in less than 10 minutes. They came out the next morning and repaired my door quickly for a very fair price. I've used them before and will use them again when needed.
Very professional fast service. Kept me informed of all suggested repairs.
My Garage door would not open or close. The service man installed a new opening system that works like magic. He did it in a timely manner, new what he was doing and did it very well. Could not be happier. The price is about what I suspected.
Showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. Hired to replace a broken spring and recommended I also replace three bearings. If I would have taken the company's recommendations, my bill would have more than doubled. I would hire them again but watch out for upsale of parts that are not required.
