Your representative did a good job. He encouraged upselling as he was supposed to do. I declined the offers just wanting the spring replaced. I felt the price of the spring ($180.00) was very high. I would have preferred to learn the price on the phone instead of being told that there was a $49.95 cost for coming to my home plus the cost of the materials. As I desperately needed the repair, I agreed to have him do it. Otherwise I would have sent him away and sought other bids. One company offered to do the whole job for $125.00 but I had already agreed to have your company do it.

They responded to my request and scheduled my appointment in a timely manner. The repairman was very knowledgable and professional....had everything needed for the job in the truck. Very up front about what the job was going to require.

Prompt, polite, affordable. Knew their doors, the competition and were very easy to work with.

They got the job done on time and as promised.

Chris was very professional, never was rushed, but never slowed down! He knew what to do and when and where to do each step of the job. He was friendly and courteous at all times, answered all questions promptly and in a manor I could understand the mechanics involved. Thank You for having quality people on your team. john (:>)))

Everything was fine but I wish I would have shopped around a bit longer. They were a little on the expensive side.

The technician was very knowledgeable and completed his work in a timely manner and arrived on time. I had scheduled another company, 100% Gargar Doors"/ and when they failed to show for the scheduled appointment and failed to call to let me know of their delay, I cancelled that appointment.

Our technician, Mike Westfall, from Precision Door was the first to respond and the only company to perform an on-site estimate. We had multiple issues we were trying to resolve, so I really feel like the on-site estimate was perfect and presented us with the options we needed to make the best decision for our needs. Precision Door is excellent, very professional, with people who really know their stuff. This was an awesome experience!
