I considered cleaning my gutters myself. But I figured for the price, I'd try Ned Stevens and hope they did an OK job. I was blown away!!! It took them about a week to actually come out, but they completely cleaned the gutters on my house (two stories)and on my garage. They brought a hose to rinse the gutters out and there was literally not a spec of debris on the ground or on my deck. You'd be crazy not to pay these guys to dothe work for you. Thank. They did an excellent work cleaning the gutter and went ahead to inspect the gutters and informed me of problems that needed attention with price quotes. Appreciated their professionalism.

Ned Stevens was fine. in the ballpark price wise. they we professional, cleaned the gutters AND downspouts thoroughly. they reported back to me about repairs that needed to be made. i hired them for 6 properties i manage. HERE IS THE DOWNSIDE-my email box has been completely overwhelmed with additional nudges for more cleaning and other services since i hired them last fall. last week it stepped up to & confirm my appointment&. the way it shows up when i first looked at it was, i had already scheduled the appointments! btw, multiply all this by 6x as i get all this spam from them for every property. i liked the service but hate the ads. ned stevens-if you read this. knock it off. i wont hire you again.

Only thing I would recommend is letting the homeowner know when the services will be performed. I was told it would be a week to ten days depending on weather. There was a note left on my door but no waste was left behind so it was difficult to know if the services were really completed. It was mentioned to me that the waste would be left in a bag for disposal which is why I expected to find that after the service was performed. Fortunately there were torrential downpours that week and it was clear that the gutters had been cleaned and cleaned well. Overall very satisfied and would use again!
