Customer service over the phone was great and they arrived earlier than expected which I appreciated. The only downside was that there were still pine needles showing from the second story where a have a gutter guard. They explained to me that the pine needles were stuck in the holes of the gutter guard and they couldn't get them out by sweeping or with the hose. I understand that they probably would've had to manually remove those with their hands, but wouldn't that be part of the job? All said it was a HUGE improvement from how my gutters looked before so I was pleased and they did work with me on the price, but I wish they would've done just that little bit more to make them look completely clear, especially from the front of the house.

Left gutter debris on porch and bushes. Had asked if they would wipe down gutter edges but it was not done.

They did NOT remove items taken from the gutter. Old coverings were left on the front door. The gutter still drips.

I cannot give Ned Stevens a top rating yet because I could not see how clean all the gutters have become after the service. The one I can see from one of the bedrooms did not show really "clean". Hence, I reserve the right to be on the conservative rating right now.
